Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a LÖF team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with an order update or a tracking number. Lead-times vary by item type. If the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 4-12 week shipping window.  Custom pieces require a 6-12 week shipping window once artwork has been approved. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

You can choose to cancel your order within 48 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 48 hours, we will go forward with production. All sales are final after the 48 hours window has closed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

Domestic orders are shipped FedEx insured next-day at a $150 flat rate.
All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

International orders are shipped FedEx insured air at a $150 flat rate.
All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to.
All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time your order is received.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

REPAIR WARRANTY

LÖF will repair any damaged pieces within one year at no additional cost to the customer. After one year, a quote will be provided that covers the cost of the repair and the customer can choose to have LÖF repair the piece or take to a local jeweler.

CREDIT INFORMATION SHARING

We do not share customers’ credit card information with any third parties or vendors.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
