Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

All Sales Are Final. We will only accept cancellations if contacted within 48 hours of purchase. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • For other payment methods, you will be refunded with store credit or via your original payment method.

Exchanges

For items labelled as " in stock" at time of purchase, we will accept exchanges. You must first return the original item following the guidelines below. You can then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. 

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original LÖF packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on domestic or international deliveries.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has despatched or if you find a fault with your purchase, please contact us at info@lofjewellery.com immediately.

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges for returning your item are not refundable unless we ship you an item that is incorrect or if the item is received damaged or defective.
