An oval 4 carat no heat Sri Lankan yellow sapphire and two 0.7 carat antique emerald cut diamonds surrounded by diamond and yellow sapphire halos set on an 18k yellow gold band which is 4mm wide. The ring as an open top making it seem the stones are floating on your finger. It sits low on the finger, only about 6mm above it so it feels comfortable to wear and won't catch on anything!
